About
Presented by Standpoint. In this training we'll define trauma and necessary components needed in trauma work. We'll navigate self-care barriers to create foundations that help us cope and build capacity. We'll explore beyond the self-care buzz words and offer tools and ideas to re-imagine how to care for self as we care for others.
